MGM Resorts and BetMGM Amplify Support for Problem Gambling with Kindbridge Alliance

MGM Resorts International and BetMGM have announced a comprehensive partnership with Kindbridge, a leading organization dedicated to research and treatment of gambling disorders.

This collaboration marks a pivotal step in enhancing problem gambling research and mental health services, with MGM Resorts contributing $100,000 to support a groundbreaking medication trial for veterans grappling with gambling addiction.

The trial, a collaboration with the Las Vegas Veterans Affairs Residential Recovery and Renewal Center and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, aims to explore innovative treatments for veterans.

This initiative is part of the Kindbridge Research Institute’s ambitious 50x4vets program, which seeks to exponentially increase research on gambling disorders among veterans within four years.

BetMGM is also expanding its partnership with Kindbridge Behavioral Health, offering problem gambling referrals in a broad range of states, including Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ontario.

This expansion builds on the success of the Kindbridge Colorado Pilot Program, demonstrating BetMGM’s leadership in providing potentially life-changing support for individuals struggling with gambling issues.
